For Physical Products:

All sales are final once shipped. Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged or defective items. Please report any such issue within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage for review. Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing and verifying the reported damage.

For Online Classes & Courses:

All enrollments are non-refundable, as participants receive full access to live and recorded content upon registration. However, in cases of severe medical emergencies, the enrollment may be transferred to another person after review and approval.

For Workshops & Events:

If any workshop or event is canceled by Samyog Wellness, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
